• The AI/ML Technical Lead will lead cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) projects and drive innovation across multiple domains.
• Responsibilities include leading and shaping LLM initiatives, developing a strategic roadmap for LLMs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM-based solutions.
• The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing LLMs, spearheading prototyping efforts, mentoring a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, and participating in coding and development tasks.
• The candidate will advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure responsible AI applications.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with a specialization in LLMs is required.
• The candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in LLM development, with a portfolio of impactful projects.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks is necessary, along with demonstrated expertise in LLMs.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is required.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring high-performance technical teams is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of applying LLMs to complex challenges are needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are a must.
