Description:
Thunder is seeking an experienced Contractor to support Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice projects.
The role is fully remote and available to candidates in the United States or Canada.
Solution Architects will act as a liaison between clients and the Thunder team, leading solution configuration.
Responsibilities include participating in client meetings, evaluating business processes, and identifying enhancement opportunities.
The position involves translating business requirements into functional specifications and developing user stories and process diagrams.
The contractor will complete configuration for user stories within Salesforce and collaborate with developers to ensure quality deliverables.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2-4+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems.
A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Candidates should be comfortable establishing credibility with key customer decision makers.
The ability to assess customers’ business goals and formulate solutions is necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with extraordinary listening skills, are required.
Practical exposure to Agile methodology and experience in writing user stories and managing scrum calls is preferred.
Strong skills in data analysis and creating dashboards are necessary.
Highly preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Voice Accreditation, and AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer.
Preferred Salesforce certifications include Advanced Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant.
