• The position is for a Junior Software Development Analyst, exclusively for people with disabilities.
• The role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, with the option for remote work.
• The employee will work full-time in the Information Technology & Systems department.
• Daily responsibilities include participating in a squad, engaging in ceremonies and discussions, and supporting decision-making and conflict resolution.
• The analyst will co-create new solutions with the product team and ensure the quality and security of the delivered software.
• Communication of design concepts to team members is essential.
• The analyst will monitor their deliveries post-launch and resolve any related issues as necessary.
• Integration of the system with new or altered software components is also part of the role.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Java development is required.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres and MySQL is necessary.
• Experience with the Spring stack (Spring Framework 4.0+, SpringBoot, Spring Data, etc.) is required.
• Proficiency in version control using Git is essential.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms is desirable.
• Experience in Python development is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Junit and Mockito is desirable.
• Familiarity with Maven is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is desirable.
• Understanding of microservices architecture is preferred.
• The candidate should work well in a team and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility are essential traits.
