We are seeking an AI/ML Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, as well as experience in applying AI solutions to real-world problems.
This role involves working with cutting-edge deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, developing robust software solutions, and optimizing data models and system designs.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges.
The candidate will implement and optimize deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
They will develop NLP models and systems for language understanding and processing.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working as a UX researcher is required.
An excellent practical understanding of research methodologies is necessary, along with strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
The ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity is essential.
Experience with user-centered design methodologies and integrating research into agile workflows is required.
The candidate should have experience in planning and conducting a range of research methods including contextual inquiry, depth interviews, diary studies, remote usability testing, and creating/facilitating workshops.
