ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Android developer to join their mobile team and work on high-impact projects in the audio AI space.
The role involves delivering new features to the reader app and ensuring seamless integration with AI-driven audio functionalities.
Responsibilities include driving the development of innovative features, planning and deploying mobile platform infrastructure, collaborating with design, product, research, and data science teams, contributing to the app's architecture and technical direction, ensuring application performance and quality, participating in code reviews, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
The developer will also play a key role in creating a new, confidential project within the audio AI space.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong background in native Android development with a proven track record.
Applicants should have experience shipping features on Android that optimize user experiences and drive engagement.
A highly analytical mindset and experience designing and implementing A/B tests are required, along with a scientific approach to data-based experiments.
Candidates should possess a strong desire to learn and share knowledge clearly with others.
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions is essential, viewing changes as opportunities to add structure.
Applicants must be located between GMT+3 and GMT-7.
