Cardata is seeking a dedicated Android Mobile Developer to join their growing Mobile team.
The role involves collaborating with other developers to craft and improve the Cardata mobile applications.
As the main Android developer, familiarity with the Android ecosystem and mobile app development is essential.
Responsibilities include maintaining existing codebases, fixing bugs, and following coding guidelines and best practices.
The position requires participation in bi-weekly sprint planning and retrospective sessions to ensure proper scoping and scheduling of developments.
The developer will design and develop apps for the Android ecosystem, fix known bugs, and add new features.
The role involves working with external software libraries and APIs, ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones, and responsiveness of applications.
Collaboration with team members to create web and mobile design features based on customer feedback and company needs is expected.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of software development experience is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent educational experience is necessary.
A solid understanding of common programming tools and paradigms, such as version control, frameworks, and design patterns, is essential.
Proficiency with Android Studio and Android SDK tools is required.
Excellent knowledge of the Java programming language is necessary.
Familiarity with mobile applications and development, including hardware such as accelerometers, cameras, and gyroscopes, is important.
