Remote Android Software Engineer

• Responsibilities include developing an Android app for cryptocurrency-based derivatives, managing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), writing robust and testable code, troubleshooting and updating existing systems, and evaluating user feedback post-deployment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience and at least 3 years of experience in developing Android Native apps, with at least one Android Native app launched.
• Strong knowledge and extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, and Android.
• Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend/Frontend/iOS Engineers to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Experience in defining, developing, and maintaining REST-based interfaces.
• Ability to write fast, reliable, and efficient code that balances functionality and aesthetics.
• Understanding of the entire mobile development lifecycle.
• Knowledge and interest in mobile environments, architecture, trends, and new technologies.
• Experience actively reviewing others' code and being open to code reviews of one's own work.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Experience using various third-party libraries, data sources, and APIs.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
