Remote Angular Front-End Lead Engineer

Description:

• Avesdo, a New Home Sales OS company, is seeking an experienced Lead Front End Engineer to join their engineering team.
• The role involves leading the development of angular user interfaces for web applications, ensuring they are performant, scalable, and visually appealing.
• The position reports directly to the CTO and requires working in a fast-paced sprint environment.
• The tech stack includes Angular (currently using Angular 12), .NET core, serverless cloud architecture (Azure), and legacy applications built on Angular.js.
• Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, hands-on front-end development, code review, quality assurance, performance optimization, user experience enhancement, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on development experience as a Front End Developer, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in TypeScript and a minimum of 4 years of experience with the Angular 2 Framework.
• Strong proficiency in web technologies like HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS.
• Experience with Angular CLI, state management patterns, API/service integration, Redux, Azure Cloud, and version control with Git or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of software development processes, unit testing, end-to-end testing, QA practices, and Agile Scrum methodology.
• Critical thinking skills, prioritization skills, user-centric mindset, and effective communication skills.
