Remote API Developer (PHP/Laravel)

• Seeking a skilled API Developer with expertise in PHP and Laravel to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable RESTful APIs for various software applications.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in building APIs using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Proficiency in PHP 7+ and ability to create new APIs from scratch.
• Strong command of MySQL 5.7+ for handling complex queries.
• Advanced understanding of development best practices, design patterns, SOLID principles, and coding standards.
• Experience managing queues for efficient API request handling and knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/SASS styling for user interface development.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
