Remote App Development Tech Lead (Remote in Romania)

Description:

• The App Development Tech Lead will work remotely in Romania and will collaborate with an Agile Application Development Team.
• This role involves close collaboration with Business Relationship Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and other key stakeholders.
• The primary responsibility is to leverage expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, Oracle EBS Product Lifecycle Management, and Infor PLM (Optiva) to design and optimize technical solutions.
• The Tech Lead will take ownership of technical delivery, ensuring that application functionality aligns with business goals.
• Continuous improvement of performance, security, and integrity of systems is a key focus.
• Responsibilities include providing technical leadership and contributing to feature delivery in a continuous delivery environment.
• The role requires developing, designing, and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL procedures and packages to meet application requirements.
• Ensuring database performance, integrity, and security through rigorous maintenance is essential.
• The Tech Lead will utilize Unix/Linux and shell scripting for task automation and system monitoring.
• Customization and extension of Oracle EBS and Infor PLM (Optiva) to align with business needs is expected.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS and Infor PLM (Optiva), including workflows, is required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities are essential.
• Candidates should be skilled in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Competency in gathering requirements, process modeling, and creating documentation is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English are required.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET framework is preferred.
