Remote Appian Software Engineer (Mid-Senior Level)

Description:

• J-Mack Technologies is seeking Appian Software Development professionals with 3 to 8+ years of experience in developing software solutions using Appian.
• The position is full-time and can be performed remotely from within the continental United States.
• The company delivers software solutions to help organizations integrate data, automate decisions, and optimize operations, particularly supporting large government organizations with process optimization.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining software, implementing scalable components, conducting thorough and automated unit tests, and following Agile Software Engineering practices.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing software solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience developing software using the Appian platform.
• Understanding of Appian principles, data persistence, process models, interface design, records, and expression rules.
• Software development skills in design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience in debugging and correcting errors in computer programs.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or other engineering/technical discipline is required.
• Alternatively, 8 additional years of experience can substitute for the education requirement.
• Candidates must be able to pass a US Government background investigation.
