Remote Application Architect

Description:

• The Application Architect will be responsible for architecture, review, and design of information and existing systems.
• They will design and develop architectural components and building blocks, analyzing the integration of different information systems.
• Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture and production of software architecture documents will be part of their tasks.
• Designing application data models, workflow models, and APIs using frameworks like REST and Swagger.
• Developing software components and building blocks using back-end components and frameworks such as Java Spring and JPA.
• Implementing application integration with corporate IAM services for authentication and authorization purposes, and delivery through a CI/CD pipeline.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in IT with 13 years of relevant IT professional experience.
• Proven coding experience in Java web application development (Java Spring and Hibernate).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in development of information systems and Java web application development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Spring and REST API development, complex information systems development, and frontend development using Angular or Kendo UI.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Agile software development, Atlassian tools, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Junit, Enterprise Architecture, Java application servers, Relational DBMS, web application design, modelling methods and notations (UML), SQL, CI/CD applications, container technologies, and interoperability technology.
• Knowledge of SCRUM development methodology is considered an asset.
• Excellent command of the English language.
