Description:

The Application Developer will work remotely and report to the Engineering Manager.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm EST.
The starting base salary is $88K+, plus bonuses.
Responsibilities include collaborating with senior engineers to design and develop software solutions, gaining expertise in the company's application ecosystem, leading the development of user interfaces and experiences, implementing automated testing processes, participating in on-call support, and mentoring interns.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 1+ year of applicable work experience and/or relevant internship experience.
Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Java is necessary.
Exposure to Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithm analysis is required.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Candidates should have experience in designing, developing, and testing large, scalable, complex systems.
The ability to learn new technologies and frameworks is important.
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
