Description:
TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking four Senior Application Programmers for their State of Louisiana contract, and these positions are remote.
The scope of the proposed services includes web development using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and HTML.
Responsibilities include designing, coding, compiling, testing, debugging, and documenting new and existing web applications, as well as maintaining and supporting existing applications.
The role involves performing quality assurance reviews and testing on new code.
Participation in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies is required.
The programmer will provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to State personnel for all requested work.
Monitoring, reviewing, and auditing the performance of the customer-agency’s replacement software and making performance improvements is also part of the job.
Requirements:
Candidates must have five or more years of expertise and/or relevant experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
A minimum of two years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is required.
Experience working with DPS projects is mandatory.
Desirable qualifications include two or more years of experience developing applications in MVC architecture using .Net Core 2.x or 3.x, VueJS, Bootstrap, Javascript, SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS/SSRS, Distributed Design Systems (SOA/Microservices), and DevOps Practices (CI/CD).
Experience with State of Louisiana Enterprise Architecture (EA) or other State offered services such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Pelican Design System, OTS Print Shop services, State Outlook integration, and My.La.Gov is preferred.
Candidates should have experience developing, maintaining, and/or supporting financial systems.
Experience working with one or more other resources included in the vendor’s TORFR Team response is beneficial.
Experience working on IT projects with the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and supporting and maintaining systems for federal, state, or local government entities is also advantageous.
