Description:
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Programmer to support their potential customer, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
The candidate will analyze, design, develop, and enhance software applications that support key business functions such as finance, logistics, contracts, and personnel management.
Key responsibilities include analyzing functional business applications and design specifications, developing block diagrams and logic flowcharts, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and refining applications, preparing comprehensive documentation, enhancing software for improved efficiency, providing technical direction to programmers, and developing and modifying procedures to address complex computing challenges.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6+ years of relevant application programming experience is required.
The candidate must have experience developing APIs to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platforms.
Expertise in agile and hybrid low-code application development methodologies is necessary.
A strong background in BPMN-based process automation software, utilizing tools such as Appian, Salesforce, and Nintex, is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server databases and the Microsoft .NET development environment is essential.
Experience working with large-scale DBMS and developing complex software solutions is needed.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code BPMN tools for efficient process automation is required.
