Description:
The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion SCM, focusing on the OTM module.
They will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and providing timely resolutions will be part of their responsibilities.
Collaborating with business users to gather requirements, configure the OTM module, and optimize existing configurations for efficiency.
Implementing and supporting system enhancements, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Fusion SCM, OTM, and other enterprise systems.
Supporting data migration, data integrity checks, and data reconciliation activities.
Developing and executing test plans for OTM-related enhancements and integrations, liaising with business stakeholders, and working with Oracle support and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
Participating in cross-functional project teams and contributing expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and OTM.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supporting Oracle Fusion SCM with a focus on the OTM module.
Proven track record of managing and troubleshooting OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with other Oracle Fusion SCM modules is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, specifically the OTM module.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle development tools.
Familiarity with EDI, XML, and other data exchange formats.
Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud architecture and security best practices.
Oracle Certified Specialist in OTM or Oracle Fusion SCM is a plus.
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Prior experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
