Description:

  • The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion SCM, focusing on the OTM module.
  • They will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and providing timely resolutions will be part of their responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with business users to gather requirements, configure the OTM module, and optimize existing configurations for efficiency.
  • Implementing and supporting system enhancements, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Fusion SCM, OTM, and other enterprise systems.
  • Supporting data migration, data integrity checks, and data reconciliation activities.
  • Developing and executing test plans for OTM-related enhancements and integrations, liaising with business stakeholders, and working with Oracle support and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Participating in cross-functional project teams and contributing expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and OTM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supporting Oracle Fusion SCM with a focus on the OTM module.
  • Proven track record of managing and troubleshooting OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with other Oracle Fusion SCM modules is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, specifically the OTM module.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle development tools.
  • Familiarity with EDI, XML, and other data exchange formats.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud architecture and security best practices.
  • Oracle Certified Specialist in OTM or Oracle Fusion SCM is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Prior experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
