• Almanak Blockchain Labs is seeking an Application Support Analytics Engineer to provide technical support to clients using their simulation software and platform.
• The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and working on software development tasks.
• The engineer will contribute to CI/CD pipelines, engage with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or similar roles with a focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python or Javascript with NodeJS for effective coding, debugging, and software enhancements.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and unit testing.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused approach, ability to work collaboratively, and willingness to learn new tools and practices.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts; knowledge of blockchain and DeFi is a plus.
• Additional qualifications include English language proficiency and attention to detail.
