Description:

Lovable is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity.
The role focuses on ensuring the robustness and reliability of their full-stack AI engineer product, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in autonomous coding.
The engineer will identify significant challenges affecting reliability and develop inventive solutions to address them.
Responsibilities include identifying bottlenecks in the code generation pipeline, experimenting with reliability techniques for LLMs, rapid debugging of complex issues, analyzing reliability patterns, and rigorously using the product for internal development.
The tech stack includes React for the frontend, Golang and Rust for the backend, and various cloud services like Cloudflare, Google Cloud Run, and AWS.

Requirements:

Candidates must have full-stack proficiency, particularly with experience in React for frontend development.
Practical experience with large language models (LLMs) is required, along with an understanding of their quirks.
The ideal candidate should possess inventive problem-solving skills, viewing challenges as puzzles to be solved with unconventional ideas.
A fast debugging ability is essential, with the capacity to quickly identify and resolve complex Applied AI issues.
A bias for action is necessary, with a tendency to move fast, experiment, and iterate on solutions.
Curiosity for the latest research and the ability to apply it pragmatically is expected.
Strong communication skills are required to explain reliability challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical team members.
