Description:
- Lead the development of applied AI by creating core LLM workflows from prototype to production in partnership with the CTO.
- Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and apply them to solve real problems by combining LLMs with software.
- Spend time with customers to understand their problems deeply and build solutions to automate their work.
- Collaborate with the founding team to build, scale, and set the culture for the engineering team.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the product and company.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in developing applied AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Typescript, Deno, Next.JS, and Postgres.
- Ability to lead a team, including hiring, onboarding, and team leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for applying AI to real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with customers and the founding team.
