The company is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join their AI R&D team to build accountable AI agents.
The role involves working directly with KPU technology to create, optimize, and evaluate agentic workflows that address real enterprise problems.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end AI agent workflows, building evaluation frameworks, optimizing workflows for performance, and collaborating with customers.
The engineer will stay updated on AI agent development, contribute to the evolution of the Virtual Context Window, and work cross-functionally with technical experts.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of engineering experience in AI-focused roles at technology companies.
Experience in building and shipping AI-powered features to production environments is required.
Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAGs, and semantic AI, including their capabilities and limitations, is essential.
Familiarity with enterprise automation challenges and evaluation methodologies for AI systems is necessary.
The ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical applications is required.
Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
