Bitovi is seeking an Applied AI Engineer Consultant to help build production-ready Intelligent Automations and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
The role involves guiding clients to create maintainable, scalable, tested, and documented applications.
Candidates should be knowledgeable and proficient communicators who can assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their applications.
The position is remote and full-time, with a preference for candidates located in the US and Canada.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for using and building AI tools and solutions, and a proven ability to deliver real-world solutions and platforms.
Candidates should be able to lead and work as part of a team, be self-motivated, and open to constructive feedback.
Enjoyment in solving complex problems is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in developing automation tools at the enterprise level.
Proficiency in building workflow automation using tools such as n8n or Rivet is required.
Strong working knowledge of TypeScript or Python, and LangChain is necessary.
Practical experience with multiple AI models and content modalities is expected.
Candidates should be familiar with leveraging vector databases and advanced RAG techniques.
Experience in utilizing tool calling and other advanced model features is required.
Candidates must have experience working directly with clients or other stakeholders.
Exposure to cloud deployments and management, including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, is valued.
A deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub actions, TravisCI, and CodeBuild, is preferred.
Knowledge of observability techniques, including logging, metrics, and tracing, is beneficial.
Experience with automated testing, including unit and integration testing, performance testing, and benchmarking, is required.
Candidates should have experience fine-tuning models or building custom models.
Experience deploying open-source models to production environments is necessary.
Candidates should be able to design and build robust feedback systems for reinforcement learning.
