Description:
Work with customers to design, build, and deploy AI Assistants using Quiq's AI Studio toolkit.
Use the latest tools and methods to automate and enhance customer interactions.
Blend theory with practical application to address critical business issues.
Partner with customers to create reliable AI solutions.
Understand customers' needs and define technical requirements.
Continuously enhance AI Assistants to meet and anticipate customer needs.
Guide customers' AI strategies and contribute to the product roadmap.
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of experience in application development of technical products, with at least 1 year in developing conversational experiences.
Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to design conversational UX for complex business use cases.
Experience in preparing, indexing, and searching reference data for use in AI pipelines.
Proficiency in applying zero and few-shot, classification, and fact-checking techniques.
Knowledge in managing prompt pipelines, APIs, vector search, business rules, and related state.
Familiarity with instrumenting experiences for testing, reporting, and optimization.
Ability to apply simple Python functions and interact with simple APIs.
