  • The role involves collaborating with cross-functional product teams to understand business requirements related to pricing, data engineering to create datasets for analysis, implementing automated ML training pipelines, and monitoring pricing models.
  • The applied data scientist will run A/B tests, respond to ad hoc requests for performance analysis, and diagnose the impact of external events.

Requirements:

  • A BSc or MSc in a highly quantitative field such as math, physics, statistics, or economics is required.
  • Candidates must have two or more years of experience applying data analysis and predictive modeling skills in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Strong coding skills in SQL and Python are required.
  • A pragmatic approach that prioritizes business impact over statistical nuance is necessary.
