Description:
- The Senior Front End Developer will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of the front-end architecture for the WordPress website, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- They will collaborate closely with design to translate complex Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible web experiences while adhering to WCAG & ADA Compliance.
- Developing and implementing robust, reusable front-end components and libraries to accelerate development and maintain code quality.
- Optimizing website performance, accessibility, and SEO to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Staying up to date with the latest front-end technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex front-end issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development.
- Extensive experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.
- Proven ability to build and maintain complex web applications using WordPress CMS, including theme development and customization.
- Expert-level proficiency in converting Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and accessible web pages.
- Strong understanding of front-end frameworks and libraries to build efficient and scalable user interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
