Description:
- The Architect Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex systems to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to create scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.
- Mentor junior architects, lead architectural reviews, and stay updated on emerging technologies for continuous improvement.
- Blend technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 15 - 20 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in leading teams on mixed-use and commercial projects using Revit.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple trade consultants and leading consultant coordination efforts.
- Worked on US projects and familiar with wood, concrete, and steel construction methods.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time.
