Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• You must be a licensed Architect.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice is necessary.
• Extensive knowledge in code energy efficiency and green programs is required, including EPA's Energy STAR for Homes, EPA's ENERGY STAR Multifamily, Passive House, ICC-700, Enterprise Green Communities, LEED for Homes, and DOE's Zero Energy Ready Home.
• A CD portfolio showcasing work samples with descriptions of your role, project details, and contributions is needed.
• Proficiency in REVIT, ArchiCAD, or other architectural software is essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
• You must be able to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours.
