Description:

Gorilla Logic is looking for an Associate Backend Developer with foundational skills in web services and backend development to join an Agile team responsible for building and maintaining our client’s web and/or mobile applications.
You will work collaboratively with your teammates, demonstrating critical thinking, self-motivation, and enthusiasm to grow as a developer.
Responsibilities include collaborating with an Agile team to build, maintain, and optimize client applications.
You will participate in code reviews, testing, and delivery of maintainable code.
The role involves working with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
You will assist in defining, estimating, and working on user stories.
Effective communication in English is required.
You will apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assigned tasks.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
You should have 1-2 years of backend development experience with Python.
Familiarity with modern Python frameworks like Django or Flask is necessary.
An understanding of enterprise patterns such as microservices is required.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases is essential.
