PointClickCare is a leading North American healthcare technology platform focused on meaningful care collaboration and real-time patient insights.
The Associate Data Analyst will report to the Director of Product Management and will be responsible for understanding, interpreting, manipulating, grouping, and correlating data to turn clinical data into meaningful insights.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop analytical models, and create data visualizations that support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities include analyzing PointClickCare's data, understanding customer challenges, making recommendations for a business analytics platform, gathering and analyzing large data sets, developing segmentation and decision analysis, and building learning algorithms.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Candidates should have coursework or practical experience with data mining and building algorithms.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and research is necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products or equivalent software and the ability to learn corporate software programs is required.
Basic analytical, data mining, data modeling, and data management skills are essential, along with the ability to utilize data to drive strategic business directions.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques to business situations, including forecasting and statistical inference.
A good understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy is needed to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as SAS, SQL Server Reporting Services, SPSS, R, Microstrategy, PowerBI, or Tableau is required.
Knowledge of SQL and statistical programming experience (SAS, R, Python) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
Candidates must have meticulous attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary for this position is $97,000 per year, which is part of a comprehensive total rewards package.
Salary ranges are determined by job and level, with individual compensation based on job-related skills, knowledge, relevant experience, and work location.
