PointClickCare is a leading North American healthcare technology platform focused on enabling meaningful care collaboration and real-time patient insights.
The Associate Data Analyst will report to the Director of Product Management and will be responsible for understanding, interpreting, manipulating, grouping, and correlating data to derive meaningful insights.
This role involves transforming clinical and financial data into actionable insights and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
Responsibilities include analyzing PointClickCare's data, understanding customer challenges, making technical recommendations, gathering and analyzing large data sets, developing segmentation and decision analysis, and creating visualization tools.
The position also involves translating business needs into data models and building learning algorithms for data analysis.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Candidates should have coursework or practical experience in data mining and building algorithms.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and research is necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn corporate software programs is essential.
Basic skills in analytical, data mining, data modeling, and data management are required, along with the ability to utilize data for strategic business decisions.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques and have a good understanding of business processes and goals.
Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as SAS, SQL Server Reporting Services, SPSS, R, Microstrategy, PowerBI, or Tableau is required.
Good knowledge of SQL and statistical programming experience (SAS, R, Python) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are necessary.
Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.

The base salary for this position is $97,000 per year, which is part of a comprehensive total rewards package.
Salary ranges are determined by job and level, with individual compensation based on job-related skills, knowledge, and relevant experience.
