  • Dispel is seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to join a team of approximately 20 engineers.
  • The position is full-time and fully remote (U.S. only), with the option to use the office in Brooklyn, New York City.

Requirements:

  • A technical Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Candidates should have experience with Infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, and at least one cloud provider.
  • Experience with containers is necessary.
  • Some coding experience is expected.
  • A good sense of logging, monitoring, and alerts is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Candidates should have a good understanding of networking (especially VPN) and security.
  • A good understanding of how HTTPS and certificates work is necessary.
  • A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn, and try again is essential.
  • A passion for learning new disciplines and understanding how team members work is important.
  • Clear and succinct communication skills, both in-person and over team chat, are required.
  • Comprehensive background checks are required for all employees, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
