Dispel is seeking an Associate DevOps Engineer to join a team of approximately 20 engineers.
The position is full-time and fully remote (U.S. only), with the option to use the office in Brooklyn, New York City.

Requirements:
A technical Bachelor's degree is required.
Candidates should have experience with Infrastructure-as-code, orchestration, and at least one cloud provider.
Experience with containers is necessary.
Some coding experience is expected.
A good sense of logging, monitoring, and alerts is required.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Candidates should have a good understanding of networking (especially VPN) and security.
A good understanding of how HTTPS and certificates work is necessary.
A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn, and try again is essential.
A passion for learning new disciplines and understanding how team members work is important.
Clear and succinct communication skills, both in-person and over team chat, are required.

The U.S. pay range for this position is between $66,000 and $99,000/year, with an expected Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) between $6,000 and $9,000/year. Compensation varies based on geographic markets and individual factors.
