Remote Associate Distinguished Engineer (Azure Integration)

Description:

• The Associate Distinguished Engineer will be responsible for owning the technology health of the project/account, ensuring technical standards are met, and owning the long-term and short-term technology strategy.
• They will identify opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling Nagarro's offerings, conceptualize and own technical architecture and design, and provide thought leadership and breakthrough solutions for clients.
• Responsibilities also include running workshops, driving adoption of organizational technology initiatives, mentoring team members, and defining the vision for a Center of Excellence (CoE) or practice if aligned with one.

Requirements:

• Must have 14+ years of experience in an enterprise architecture role with a track record of designing and implementing large-scale solutions.
• Expertise in AWS and Azure Integration services, CI/CD processes and tools, ESB technologies, and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus.
• Ability to multitask, collaborate with other technologists, and align technology solutions with customer needs.
• Visible thought leadership through technology blogs, whitepapers, presentations, etc.
• Fluent verbal and written language skills tailored to the audience and mode of communication.
