Description:

  • The Associate Distinguished Engineer will be responsible for owning the technology health of the project/account on all key metrics.
  • They will ensure that projects/accounts meet technical standards of governance, technology standards, and best practices.
  • The role involves owning the long-term and short-term technology strategy of the project/account.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell Nagarro’s offerings within the current engagement.
  • Conceptualizing and owning the technical architecture and design of the projects influenced.
  • Running workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to create new solution areas and use cases.
  • Communicating and driving adoption of organizational technology initiatives within the account.
  • Mentoring and managing team members by providing constant on-the-job feedback and guidance.
  • If aligned with a Center of Excellence (CoE) or practice, defining the vision for the practice/CoE, creating a plan/budget, and interacting with multiple projects/accounts to create innovative use cases.

Requirements:

  • Must have 14+ years of experience.
  • Essential experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare, Java, Cloud architecture, and data engineering.
  • Proficiency in Java, Cloud Providers (preferably AWS, Azure), AI/ML, and data sciences implementation.
  • Knowledge of common Architecture patterns (Microservices, SOA, Event sourcing) and experience with data and application integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing technology solutions using various platforms, languages, and tools.
  • Ability to think innovatively by leveraging new technologies and understanding the client’s business and industry.
  • Strong technology understanding and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and influence key client stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering complex technology solutions for global clients.
  • Capability to multitask and manage multiple technology tracks simultaneously.
  • Experience in creating cutting-edge technology solutions and collaborating with other technologists.
  • Thought leadership through technology blogs, whitepapers, presentations, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to the audience and mode of communication.
