Remote Associate Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• Join the team at FLASH as an associate Full Stack Engineer to revolutionize urban mobility and parking.
• Work on a cloud-based parking technology platform that enhances mobility, reduces congestion, and improves the parking experience.
• Focus on both frontend and backend systems, including the main website, React-based widget, and integrations with partners.
• Code in React, JavaScript for frontend, and Ruby on Rails and Go for backend development.
• Write unit tests and deliver projects promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, UX, and QA teams on product development.
• Utilize Slack for communication and attend team stand-ups.
• Opportunity to work on technical spiking and code reviews for pull requests.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with React for frontend development.
• Experience with webpack, package managers like Yarn or Npm, and familiarity with TypeScript.
• 1+ years of experience building scalable APIs and services using Ruby on Rails and Go.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, S3, and EB.
• Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Computer Science background with a relevant degree.
