The position is for an Associate Principal Engineer.
The role requires expertise in Scrum Master, SAFe, Kanban, risk management, communication, and collaboration.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Manager.
Responsibilities include working proactively with minimal supervision, establishing agendas with clear outcomes, driving clarity, creating and driving team plans, managing distractions and escalations, coaching, facilitating team growth, and providing insight into metrics and process governance.

Requirements:
