Requirements:

8+ years of extensive experience managing and delivering complex IT projects successfully.
Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and tools.
Experience in handling large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
