Description:
The Associate Principal Engineer will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality code.
They will need to understand the client's business use cases and technical requirements to create technical designs that meet the requirements.
The role involves mapping decisions with requirements and translating them for developers.
Identifying and selecting the best solutions that meet client requirements.
Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation.
Writing and reviewing design documents that explain the overall architecture and framework for developers.
Reviewing architecture and design aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and ensuring best practices are followed.
Developing and designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
Understanding technology integration scenarios and applying them in projects.
Resolving issues raised during code reviews through systematic analysis of the root cause.
Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure suggested designs and technologies meet requirements.
Requirements:
The candidate should have a total experience of 11+ years.
Excellent knowledge and experience in Sitecore development and architecture.
Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Sitecore Experience Database (xDB).
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Good understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Strong experience in Sitecore MVC web application development.
Hands-on experience with Headless Sitecore and Sitecore JSS React.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for Sitecore applications.
Experience in integrating third-party systems into Sitecore.
Strong grasp of OOP principles and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex Sitecore and .NET issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
