Description:
The Associate Scientist/Scientist will be responsible for contributing to HEOR study design, methodology, data analysis, and SAS statistical programming across various research groups.
They will work with patient-level datasets such as administrative claims, patient-reported outcomes data, clinical trial data, and other observational studies.
Duties include designing and executing HEOR studies, developing study protocols and reports, providing scientific direction for data analysis, and mentoring junior team members.
The role involves managing client interactions, adhering to project budgets and timelines, and identifying methodologies in partnership with project teams.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics/HEOR studies, preferably in a consulting environment.
PhD in pharmaceutical and health outcomes, public health, epidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analytics using SAS (advanced skills required), with knowledge of other languages like R being a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects successfully, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, proactivity, and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, ability to forge relationships with stakeholders, and proficiency in MS365 tools.
