Description:
Culture Amp is seeking an Associate Site Reliability Engineer as part of their CampUs program starting in February 2025.
The program offers a learning journey with ongoing, adaptable, and personalized development opportunities.
Development strategy includes three key components: Experience, Exposure, and Education.
As an Associate Site Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with other engineers to build, maintain, and enhance services following industry best practices.
You will collaborate with product teams and end users to understand their needs and develop solutions.
The role involves pair programming with other engineers to build a shared understanding of the work.
The position is full-time and permanent, emphasizing an inclusive practice with flexible work arrangements.
Requirements:
Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM discipline, or finished a coding bootcamp within the last 12 months, before joining the CampUs Program in February 2025.
Applicants should be willing to learn and work across the technology stack used at Culture Amp, including TypeScript, Go, Ruby, Kotlin, and Python.
A willingness to learn and support a multi-cloud environment with providers such as AWS and GCP is required.
Strong communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on empathy and kindness.
Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and take the initiative to ensure efficient work.
A growth mindset and willingness to embrace challenges are important traits for applicants.
