Description:

  • Culture Amp is seeking an Associate Site Reliability Engineer as part of their CampUs program starting in February 2025.
  • The program offers a learning journey with ongoing, adaptable, and personalized development opportunities.
  • Development strategy includes three key components: Experience, Exposure, and Education.
  • As an Associate Site Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with other engineers to build, maintain, and enhance services following industry best practices.
  • You will collaborate with product teams and end users to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • The role involves pair programming with other engineers to build a shared understanding of the work.
  • The position is full-time and permanent, emphasizing an inclusive practice with flexible work arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM discipline, or finished a coding bootcamp within the last 12 months, before joining the CampUs Program in February 2025.
  • Applicants should be willing to learn and work across the technology stack used at Culture Amp, including TypeScript, Go, Ruby, Kotlin, and Python.
  • A willingness to learn and support a multi-cloud environment with providers such as AWS and GCP is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on empathy and kindness.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and take the initiative to ensure efficient work.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to embrace challenges are important traits for applicants.
