As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will be part of a high-performance global pre-sales team.
You will work closely with the sales team to drive customer value by leading the technical aspects of scoping and implementation on Bloomreach’s Discovery platform.
The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful engagements from pre-sales through implementation.
You will deliver architecture services and work with post-sales teams to meet requirements in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include leading solution design, serving as a subject matter expert, evaluating technical complexities, engaging with customers, drafting statements of work, planning pre-sale POCs, and improving internal processes.

Requirements:

A BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree is required.
A minimum of 2 years of technical pre-sales experience in related solutions is necessary.
At least 2 years of experience in technical roles within complex IT environments is required.
Hands-on expertise in technologies such as Java, PHP, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is highly desired.
Experience with search appliances/platforms and merchandising tools is essential.
A strong understanding of merchandising workflows, site analytics, data hierarchies, and service-based architectures is needed.
Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and SEO concepts is beneficial.
Strong presentation and communication skills are required, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong technical problem-solving skills is essential.
A self-starter who can multitask effectively and maintain high standards in the sales process is necessary.
Experience with Linux, AWS, and GCP is a plus, as is experience with network performance, web services, and SEO.
