Description:

The Associate Solutions Architect is responsible for onboarding existing customers to new product offerings and providing product/domain expertise to the Client Delivery team.
This role involves supporting a portfolio of accounts in partnership with a dedicated Senior Customer Success Manager, ensuring clients receive reliable support for their day-to-day needs.
The position requires developing and maintaining a deep understanding of clients’ data and marketing workflows to assist in building useful audiences and datasets for targeted customer experiences.
The Associate Solutions Architect will advise clients on integrating Simon into their existing Martech stack and orchestrating high-value campaigns.
The role is suited for process-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience is preferred.
Candidates must be able to work independently to deliver outcomes while collaborating with and across teams.
Strong business acumen and the ability to strategically partner with clients are essential.
Knowledge of complex data models and the ability to map business needs to technical needs is required.
Proficiency in SQL or another programming language is necessary.
Familiarity with APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies is expected.
Candidates should be results-oriented strategic thinkers who can thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.
Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills are important.
Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills are required.
The ability to quickly absorb and comprehend the evolving landscape of data and marketing technology is essential, with prior knowledge being a plus.
Superior presentation skills and the ability to think on one's feet are necessary.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or another technical field is preferred.
Nice to have: SQL expertise and an understanding of cloud data warehouses and the CDP space, such as Snowflake.

The potential salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
