Remote Associate Solutions Engineer

Description:

• LogicGate is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer who will utilize strong communication and technical skills to present customized solutions to prospective customers.
• The role involves conducting effective product demonstrations, leading client workshops, and listening to customer pain points to connect their needs to LogicGate's solution features.
• Responsibilities include configuring LogicGate's no-code platform for demonstrations, building relationships with prospective customers, conducting webinars, and providing feedback to the Product team.
• The position requires collaboration with Customer Success and Implementation Management teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers post-sale.
• The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, plus variable compensation and equity.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-sales Consultant, Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success Manager.
• Proficiency in conducting and tailoring software demonstrations or client-facing presentations is required.
• A strong curiosity and desire to understand customer problems and effectively communicate how LogicGate can add value is essential.
• The ability to quickly understand the audience and tailor the message accordingly is necessary.
• A passion for SaaS applications and an understanding of the LogicGate platform's value and limitations are important.
