Description:

  • As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will work with sales and customer experience teams, providing pre- and post-sales technical guidance.
  • You will develop a deep understanding of GoGuardian’s products and their capabilities.
  • Your role will involve participating in discovery calls to assess customer technical landscapes and planning technical deployments.
  • You will assist sales teams by addressing technical questions and enhancing presentations with your product knowledge.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process is essential.
  • You will support customers with onboarding, implementation, integration, configuration, and customization of software solutions.
  • Problem-solving will be a key part of your role, as you research and recommend new technical solutions for client needs.
  • Clear communication and detailed documentation will be required to ensure alignment among internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • You must have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a technical focus, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a preference for education technology experience.
  • A strong background that combines business acumen and technical expertise is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to create detailed documentation.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with both internal teams and client stakeholders is essential.
  • A background in IT and/or network administration is required, including familiarity with Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Group Policy, and SysAdmin functions.
  • A B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
