As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will work with sales and customer experience teams, providing pre- and post-sales technical guidance.
You will develop a deep understanding of GoGuardian’s products and their capabilities.
Your role will involve participating in discovery calls to assess customer technical landscapes and planning technical deployments.
You will assist sales teams by addressing technical questions and enhancing presentations with your product knowledge.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process is essential.
You will support customers with onboarding, implementation, integration, configuration, and customization of software solutions.
Problem-solving will be a key part of your role, as you research and recommend new technical solutions for client needs.
Clear communication and detailed documentation will be required to ensure alignment among internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
You must have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a technical focus, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a preference for education technology experience.
A strong background that combines business acumen and technical expertise is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to create detailed documentation.
Proven ability to build rapport with both internal teams and client stakeholders is essential.
A background in IT and/or network administration is required, including familiarity with Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Group Policy, and SysAdmin functions.
A B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
