Remote Associate Solutions Engineer

Description:

• The Associate Solutions Engineer will work closely with sales reps to enhance understanding of Snyk during sales processes.
• They will educate customers and partners on the adoption of Application Security and Software Supply Chain Security, emphasizing the importance of empowering developers to stay secure.
• As the customer’s buying consultant, they will be responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, enabling well-scoped and managed product trials, and coordinating RFP responses.
• The role involves interfacing with engineering, product, and customer success teams to develop solutions for customers' problems.
• The Associate Solutions Engineer will shape decisions on new features based on customer experience and architect custom workarounds and platform integrations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in software development, cybersecurity, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with various coding languages and their functionalities.
• Good understanding of developer and DevOps ecosystems and practices.
• Passion for learning about new technology and a curiosity about how things work.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and a focus on diversity.
