The company is a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling and works across all devices and digital mediums.
They are seeking an Associate Staff Engineer to collaborate with clients, design SAP HXM solutions, develop solution architectures, provide guidance on SAP SuccessFactors modules, lead technical implementation, define technical specifications, and stay updated on the latest developments in SAP SuccessFactors.
The role involves working remotely in Portugal for the Iberia region and requires expertise in English, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, and SAP cloud architecture.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on solution architecture.
Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable to have SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
