Remote Associate Staff Engineer, Data Science

Description:

• The Associate Staff Engineer, Data Science position at Nagarro requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and data visualization, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in predictive modeling and optimization.
• The role involves proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience in data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques is necessary, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is essential.
• Familiarity with mathematical optimization techniques like linear programming, integer programming, genetic algorithms, ant colony optimization, and reinforcement learning is required.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, interfacing ML models with LLMs, and experience with RAG is preferred, along with proficiency in frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and evaluation methods for RAG and Prompt Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills are needed to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science and data visualization.
