Remote Associate Staff Engineer, Fastappdev (Mendix)

Description:

• The Associate Staff Engineer position at Nagarro involves working on Mendix-based projects, including domain modeling, forms, and complex Microflow logic building.
• The role requires experience in development with Mendix, Java, React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, along with knowledge of software development best practices.
• Responsibilities include writing and reviewing high-quality code, understanding functional requirements thoroughly, and envisioning overall solutions for defined requirements.
• The position also involves coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities for application development, leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts, and troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in development.
• Strong working experience in Mendix, Java, React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Good understanding of app services to communicate within Mendix applications.
• Experience in frontend technologies like JavaScript, XPath, CSS, and HTML.
• Knowledge of Mendix cloud, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience with API standards (REST, JSON, XML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
