Description:

  • The Associate Staff Engineer will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality code.
  • They will need to understand the client's business use cases and technical requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • The role involves identifying and selecting the best solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation.
  • Reviewing architecture and design to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Developing and designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Resolving issues raised during code reviews through systematic analysis.
  • Conducting proof of concepts to ensure the suggested designs and technologies meet requirements.

Requirements:

  • The candidate should have a total of 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong working experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and unit testing.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong experience in Angular 2 or above.
  • Hands-on experience in AWS Lambda.
  • Good understanding of Microservices Architecture, Object-Oriented Programming System, REST, and Cloud development.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, NPM, Terraform, ARM, and IIS.
  • Experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, concurrent design, and multithreading.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in different technologies and environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
  • Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and empowering team members.
