Description:
The Associate Staff Engineer will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality code.
They will need to understand the client's business use cases and technical requirements and translate them into technical designs.
The role involves identifying and selecting the best solutions that meet client requirements.
Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation.
Reviewing architecture and design to ensure best practices are followed.
Developing and designing solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
Resolving issues raised during code reviews through systematic analysis.
Conducting proof of concepts to ensure the suggested designs and technologies meet requirements.
Requirements:
The candidate must have a total of 5+ years of experience.
Strong working experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and unit testing.
Hands-on experience in AWS Lambda and React.
Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Microservices Architecture, Object-Oriented Programming System, REST, and Cloud development.
Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, NPM, Terraform, ARM, and IIS.
Experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server.
Good understanding of design patterns, concurrent design, and multithreading.
Strong troubleshooting skills in different technologies and environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and empowering team members.
