Remote Associate Staff Engineer, ServiceNow

Description:

• The Associate Staff Engineer at Nagarro will be responsible for going beyond just coding and using their knowledge to help teammates and clients succeed at a higher level.
• The role involves working with ServiceNow and various modules such as ITSM, CSM, scripting, Notifications, Workflows, ITOM, Orchestration, and Custom App Development.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in efficient task delivery, precise task status reporting, autonomous task execution, and risk management.
• Familiarity with Process Automation, GRC, PPM, and ServiceNow architecture is required.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities in ServiceNow, including client interaction, are essential for this role.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience using ServiceNow.
• Experience in ITSM, CSM, scripting, Notifications, Workflows, ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, CMDB), Orchestration, and Custom App Development.
• Proven track record in efficient task delivery and precise task status reporting.
• Active and process-compliant contributor with autonomous task execution and adept risk management skills.
• Familiarity with Process Automation, GRC, PPM, and ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities in ServiceNow, including client interaction.
