Description:
The Associate Staff Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions in ServiceNow, specializing in Service Portal, HRSD, and integrations.
They will need to have a strong understanding of ITIL principles and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities include writing and reviewing code, understanding functional requirements, envisioning overall solutions, and enabling application development.
The role also involves mentoring team members, leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts, addressing issues promptly, and troubleshooting complex bugs.
The Associate Staff Engineer will be required to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and management to collect requirements and describe software product features.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on Service Portal, HRSD, and integrations.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and the ability to configure ServiceNow using scripting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience in mentoring team members, leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts, and troubleshooting complex bugs.
